So, you finally did it – you got that phone call that someone is wanting to sell and now it’s time to actually walk the property. Or maybe you already got the contract signed and now you’re really getting into it. Nervous?

– What should you look out for?

Evan Brown, one of the club’s Mentor’s, will be hosting this ongoing series with each event focusing on a different topic within getting started in REI. He has successfully completed over 100 deals as wholesales, flips, note selling and buying, and has added over 30 rental units to his portfolio here in the Inland Empire. Jim Keller, another club mentor, attended the very second meeting of the IEREIC over five years ago!
