Below is a brief description of our many events held throughout the year that have a mix of education, networking, deal making, and fun!

Some happen more than others but all together there are over 100 events per year!

The flagship event – Master Networking takes place quarterly at the historic Mission Inn in downtown Riverside!

Formerly known as the “Main Monthly Meeting” pre-covid, join us in the Grand Parisian Ballroom for dinner (provided) and a reimagined night of masterminding with local real estate investors who are experienced, new and everywhere in between. Bring plenty of business cards and plan on making new friends!

Why spend your life savings or max out your credit cards on mentoring with some national guru who doesn’t understand our Inland Empire? Or some local “expert” who hasn’t done a deal in years?

Our Mentor Mixer event has you covered – bring your questions (whether you are new or experienced) to our panel of local investors who have been doing deals consistently in the Inland Empire for many years!

Info and bio’s about each Mentor can be found at:

A Hybrid event, Exchangors blends Zoom and In-Person in a unique meeting built solely around MAKING DEALS

So “run watcha brung” (money, services, property, contracts, notes, etc.) and come make a deal either in the room with us in the IEREIC office’s in downtown Riverside or from your computer on Zoom. Or – just come and watch also!

In-person attendees get lunch (provided) and some after networking as well!

Evan Brown, and fellow club Mentors, present this ongoing educationally focused series with each one focusing on a different topic within getting started in REI. Topics will include, marketing, what to do when the phone rings, negotiating with sellers, wholesaling, hard money, rehabs, etc. all with the goal of getting your first deal (or maybe helping you get more)!

Wondering who Sir Cash is? Check him out here.

Mic Blackwell was a behind-the-scene mentor for many Southern California investors (both new and experienced) and ran an investor lunch in the IE area for years.

Mic passed away in 2022 but his lunch lives on to help others find their way in a casual setting with good and new friends; just how Mic liked it.

Every Tuesday at 12pm @ Chino Cafe in Chino, CA

A weekend get together, Saturday Coffee is our most relaxed networking event where we gather over coffee and donuts (provided), throw on some music and discuss various topics.

We have a very diverse crowd that shows up ready to make deals — so bring plenty of business cards!

Build relationships and battle your way out of the Rat Race by acquiring property, stocks, businesses and precious metals – all while hanging out and eating dinner (provided) with your favorite real estate investor friends!

Cashflow is an educational board game that teaches people how to raise their financial I.Q. quickly & easily, what the rich teach their kids about money and how anyone can become rich and financially free; even on a small salary.
