The Accelerator is an exciting way for you to learn real estate in a collaborative environment. The program is designed with the beginner in mind but is useful for people who already have experience in real estate as well. The program will run from April 2nd, 2019 until October 29th, 2019. There will be meetings every Tuesday (minus any holidays) where we will go over the previous week’s homework assignment and assign homework for the following week. The program requires a $1,000 deposit which is fully refundable to you once you close escrow on your first deal (between April 2, 2019 and October 29, 2019). If you quit or fail to close on a deal, we keep the deposit. We do not want your deposit, so we will work with you to get your first deal closed. The program is designed to get you on the right path to cultivate, evaluate, and structure profitable deals. One word of warning is that this requires work and effort on your behalf. Nothing will be handed to you and we don’t promise that you will get a deal. Getting deals is entirely up to you. If you put in the effort and do everything we say, deals will come. If you want to be lazy or if you can’t participate regularly, don’t join; it will be a waste of your time and money.
With that being said, if you are interested and are able to commit to the program, fill in the form below then select whether you would like to rent a desk or not. The desks are located in Stephen & Todd’s office, so you have additional access to them when they are available. With the last program, they would often check in on the members to help them with issues they were coming across. For that reason alone, we highly recommend this option. There are only 7 desks available, so decide quickly. Their office is in downtown Riverside. If going up and down stairs is an issue for you, a desk will not be available because their office is only accessible via a flight of stairs.
