Terms of Sale, Disclaimer and Release
ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendee’s should always conduct business in a a professional manner and shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding other attendees, customers, and/or associates. Harassment in any form, including bullying, intimidation or disparaging comments related to gender, gender identity or appearance, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, political views, or affiliation will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the event.

IEREIC does not give legal, tax, economic, or investment advice. IEREIC disclaims all liability for the action or inaction taken or not taken as a result of communications from or to its members, officers, directors, employees and contractors. Each person should consult their own counsel, accountant and other advisors as to legal, tax, economic, investment, and related matters concerning real estate and other investments. Attendees are expected to verify any and all assumptions regarding business decisions to prevent falling victim to fraud, misrepresentations and illegal practices.
CROWD RELEASE/NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering an event or program of IEREIC, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises (including physical and virtual venues) constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with IEREIC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, do not become a member.
The Applicant(s), hereafter called the “Applicant”, understands and acknowledges that membership in the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club, hereafter called “IEREIC”, absolutely does NOT entitle nor make Applicant a legal member of the IEREIC Trust Dated June 03, 2021.
Applicant acknowledges that IEREIC does not render legal, tax, economic or investment advice. All programs are provided with the understanding that IEREIC is not engaged in rendering legal, tax, or other professional services. If legal, tax or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought. IEREIC does not investigate its members, nor vouch for, nor make representation as to the honesty, integrity, reliability, motives and/or resources of its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and or contractors.
The Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance as a member of IEREIC, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify IEREIC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contractors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by IEREIC and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contractors in or through their respective capacities with IEREIC.
Applicant agrees to comply with the terms and conditions described herein, the Code of Ethics and any other terms described on our website at IEREIC.org as well as any other IEREIC rules and regulations. Applicant agrees and acknowledges that IEREIC may enforce these codes, terms, rules and regulations at its sole and absolute discretion and may terminate this membership at any time for any reason whatsoever. Applicant grants to IEREIC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs, video or audio of Applicant and Applicant’s property.
Applicant authorizes IEREIC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. Applicant agrees that IEREIC may use such photographs, video and audio of Applicant with or without Applicant’s name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising and web content.
Applicant grants permission to IEREIC to contact Applicant regarding membership and related business by phone, fax, email, text message, chat programs, social networking, automated voice broadcast dialers or any other means necessary.
By completing this application, Applicant agrees to give IEREIC permission to bill the credit card provided for the membership plan selected at time of purchase and upon annual or monthly automatic renewal (of applicants choosing).
Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the term of membership is one (1) year or month and that billing for membership will be automatically renewed for one (1) year or month upon expiration at the then current membership rate and that the appropriate charges be applied to Applicant’s credit card on file. Should Applicant decide to cancel membership, a signed, written notice of cancellation must be emailed, or sent via postal mail to IEREIC at the address, email below prior to the next billing of the subsequent renewal period thereby giving Applicant the entire annual term of membership to cancel prior to renewal. IEREIC must acknowledge receipt of this written cancellation notice for it to be valid. Applicant may also cancel via their account created on iereic.org. Membership dues are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason whatsoever. Applicant promises not to initiate any refunds or credit card charge backs for these membership dues and related charges at any time.
Applicant agrees that IEREIC may change the terms of this Agreement or its membership dues at any time by posting such changes to our website at https://www.iereic.org. By continuing membership, Applicant agrees to be bound by such changes.

By completing any purchase to become a IEREIC Member, I accept the “Terms of Sale, Disclaimer & Release” and I authorize IEREIC to charge my credit card for the membership plan above as well as the total recurring amount.
