Beverly Bayer – Bayer Appraisals – SRA

Beverly has been an appraiser since 1977. In that time she has mined more data than we have ever seen from any other appraiser. Her methods for determining value and making adjustment are second to none. Beverly is a contributing appraiser to the Cal Poly Pomona Real Estate Research Council. She has held several offices within the Appraisal Institute including the president of the Ventura chapter. She is a veteran in all aspects and we are fortunate to have her on board to give our members insight into the real estate market.

Stephen McKee – Creative strategies for finding deals.

Over the last decade Stephen has sourced hundreds of deals for himself and his clients. His top down cost approach makes closing the transaction inevitable. “There are only 2 variables in every flip; the rehab price and the sales price. The rest is just math.” – SM His deal sources range from door knocking to the MLS to estate sale companies. Using strategies like options or a simple hand shake have helped him avoid the double escrow problem most wholesalers face today. 

This month Stephen will break down numerous deal sources that will get you away from your computer and get you on the fast track to your next deal. He will also be handing out his personal cheat sheet that allows you to determine your offer amount in seconds instead of hours. This is his first time sharing these methods with the public. It’s a must for any newbie or house flipper.
