Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club – May 2016 | How to get started today!

We’re breaking tradition to answer the questions we get the most. This month Stephen McKee will give you the shortcuts to start buying property today.

• I don’t know where to start!

• I don’t have enough money!

• I don’t have any time!

• What if I sound stupid?

• What do I say to the seller?

• What documents do I use?

• I don’t know how to calculate construction cost!

• I don’t know how to determine the After Repair Value!

• What are the other expenses in a transaction?

We’ll answer these questions and more so you can get started on your own deals now.

Cost: The $20 entry fee may be paid at the door. We gladly accept Cash and Credit Cards at the door.  No checks please.

Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.

Bring your business cards and flyers for the back table!  Don’t be a “secret-agent” — we all want to know who you are and what you do!
