This Months Interview Guest: Aaron Mazzrillo
We’re excited to have Aaron speak to our members because he truly embodies the reason most people seek out a career in real estate, time freedom. Aaron travels often, works his own hours, and has a youthful spirit.
Aaron has been involved in all sorts of transactions; options, rehabs/flips, subject to’s, trustee sales, seller financed, hard money loans, and even a venture capital loan to a company that sold online mortgage leads to lenders.
He is currently focusing on wholesaling and creating cash flow by manipulating financing methods, but he always has something for sale on the retail side.
Aaron also offers 1 and 3 hour consulting sessions as well as a full day in the field drive along. He’s helped other investors build their business, discover new ways to chase deals, and structure offers that close. Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.

Q&A with guest speaker – Every month we strive to find someone that’s actively working in the real estate investment industry. You wont find professional sales people with expensive courses at our event.
