Lance Martin started in the real estate industry at the age of 19 and has invested over twenty-eight (28) years of full time residential real estate sales and property management in his family owned and operated real estate firm. Lance Martin is the Broker/Owner of five Coldwell Banker Town and Country offices that cover four different counties (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino) and the company is the fastest growing Coldwell Banker Franchise in Southern California. With his significant experience, Lance specialized in Residential REO (foreclosure) Sales serving over 40 clients and large Asset Management firms in the management and sales of their REO industry. The five offices combined 240-plus realtor and associate broker members. Lance Martin has also served as a board member with the Inland Valley Association of Realtors and has continued to establish great relationships with affiliates.

Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.
