This Months Interview Guest: Brett Baker
Brett Baker is the director of business development for Forza Construction and runs their luxury residential division. He also founded EMG (Edge Management Group) which focuses on luxury spec home development. Their homes range in value from $3M-$10M and will soon start a home in Bel Air that is estimated to sell between $25M-$28M. EMG will be expanding into multifamily development as well. EMG contracts Forza Constuction to build all their projects and works with multiple lenders, banks, and equity partners to structure their deals. Brett also owns Baker Interior Design Group, an interior design firm for high-end homes.

Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.
