Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club – August 2016 | Bizarro Meeting

This Months Interview Guest: Todd Bayer and Stephen McKee

After 2 years we’ve received a lot of questions about how we got started and what exactly we do now. After some debate we decided we’d be the subject of our own interview. This month we take the hot seat together with a guest host and interviewer.

Jim Keller will be our host which proves we have a sense of humor. In all seriousness Jim was our very first borrower at Rehab Loan Group and we’ve developed a great friendship with him. He’s just a good time and is always willing to share his experience. We’re grateful he’s willing to entertain you for the first half of the meeting.

Christina Suter of Ground Level Consulting and the Host of Pasadena FIBI is a professional due diligence consultant. We though she’d be the perfect person to ask us all the interesting questions people ask her on a regular basis.

Cost: The $20 entry fee may be paid at the door. We gladly accept Cash and Credit Cards at the door.  No checks please.

Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.

Bring your business cards and flyers for the back table!  Don’t be a “secret-agent” — we all want to know who you are and what you do!
