For a second year in a row the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club is a Platinum Sponsor of The Norris Group’s Annual I Survived Real Estate black tie charity event. We have 20 seats in the front of the room. 14 of those seats are available to our members.
Tickets
If you’d like to attend with us we’d love to have you. All you have to do is make a $200 donation per seat through the Make A Wish portal in your name and we’ll reserve a seat for you.
Be sure you include you name and email in the message section when donating. If you are donating for multiple seats, inlcude all attendees names.

Friday, September 22nd is just around the corner. The Norris Group has informed us they are completely sold out. Details about I Survived Real Estate and what to expect, what to wear, and timing of the event are below. The Norris Group developed the information below so hopefully you have everything you need to enjoy the event.
Dress Code: Relaxed Black Tie
This is a relaxed black-tie event. If men don’t have access to a tux they should wear formal suits. Women, formal attire is great. The Norris Group says those that arrive in casual attire are always uncomfortable. You’ve been warned!
Tickets
I have given The Norris Group your name. Simply check in upon arrival and The Norris Group will give you our table number. There are no physical tickets.
Event Details
Friday, September 22nd
Keep in mind Friday traffic can be very heavy. Registration will begin at 4pm and The Nixon Library is leaving the newly renovated museum open until 5:00pm for our enjoyment. A cash bar will open by 4:30 and appetizers will start at 5pm. Please arrive early, take your time, and enjoy the beautiful ambiance and networking. Please be no later than 5:30pm to ensure dinner runs smoothly.

5:45-7:00: Dinner is served
7:00-8:30: Event

Pictures and Video
Photographers will be capturing the evening on film and video. There is a chance you may end up on the video.
After Party and Discounts
I Survived Real Estate attracts investors from all over the state. Sponsors and their guests are invited to the Westin South Coast Plaza after the event to network further. To that end, The Norris Group has negotiated special rates with the Westin and a limo company.
The Westin is offering us a $179 rate (4 star hotel) but you must register by August 31st or until the block is sold. This is an unpublished rate and it is first come first served. Book online.
The limo sponsors, Pilot Limo, is offering a $70 per hour rate. If this is something you’d like to take advantage of, please call 951-687-1255 and ask for Erik. Tell him you’re with I Survived Real Estate.
Food & Beverages
White House Catering is providing appetizers and the three course meal for the event. There will be a cash bar available. White House catering will have a vegetarian option available but please let The Norris Group know in advance. Tea and coffee will be served at no charge upon request.
Programming and Radio
There are no formal presentations at the event. The Norris Group Radio Show has interviews with each panelist so at the event the content is less introductory. Please visit www.thenorrisgroup.com and listen to the radio shows leading up to the event which starts airing in August.
100% of the proceeds are going to Make-A-Wish and St. Jude. To date, over $750,000 has been raised for charity through this event. Thanks for being part of that success.
